Admission and Registration Procedures

 

  1. The applicant will fill-up the "Admission Form" and select the desired colleges According to his/her preference.
  2. The College Administration will schedule a date for an interview, a Physiological Evaluation and an English Level Test
  3. The student will be finally accepted and enrolled in the College after passing all The tests, paying the required fees, and receiving the Student Identification Card (Smart Card).
  4. After passing the foundation year, the students will be allocated to the respective College according to the preferences of the students and the total average Achieved in the Foundation Year.
  5. The holders of Health Diploma from SGNA (Saudi German Institute for Nursing And Allied Health Sciences) or any relevant institutes will be exempted from the Foundation year and will join according to the academic evaluation. 

 

Candidates who wish to join BMC must provide the Registration Office with the following documents to complete their registration:

 

  1. Application Form.
  2. Original School Certificate or any other equivalent diploma accredited in K.S.A.
  3. Qudurat and Tahsili for Saudis only.
  4. Copy of Identification Card or a copy of the Family Card (for Saudi citizens).
  5. A copy of the Passport and a valid Iqama (for non-Saudis).
  6. Parents or legal guardian's written approval for co-education.
  7. Payment voucher of the registration fees(S R 3000 non-refundable).
  8. A recent Medical check-up report and Medical Insurance.
  9. Co-Education form.
  10. Attestation of good conduct certificate signed by the latest school attended.
  11. Original 9 colored passport size photos.
  12. An approval letter for studying from the employer (for employees only).

 

Note:

Registration will not be completed unless the original required documents are submitted. Students who submit photo copies will not be able to complete the registration cycle thus will not be accepted.

Note: If the student does not join the College a month after the academic year starts without any notification, the student's registration will be cancelled.
