Recruiting Process E-mail

Application:
Once you submit your resume (CV), you will be notified via e-mail confirming that we received your application. Our recruitment specialist will review your application and determine whether your qualifications match any of our vacancies. If there is any match, we will contact you. But if you will not receive any feedback from us or you are not being contacted, it means there is no available match of your qualifications as of the moment. Those, whose qualifications match our job opening requirements, will be contacted to fill an application for employment and will be entitled for the next step, which is the “Interview”.

Interview:
Our recruitment Specialist will contact you to schedule you for an interview. The Head of the concerned department will do the interview. If you are accepted, you will move to the next step, which is the “Job Offer”.

Job Offer:
Our HR department will contact you as soon as your job Offer is prepared to review and discuss any vagueness with the recruitment specialist. Then you will be required to sign it if you accepted the Offer and willing to join BMC.
