Students who wish to join the college after registration period is closed are called Visitor Student. Visitor students will be given a unique identity, which will distinguish them from the regular students. Visitor student need to follow the following procedures:

1. Visitor students are obliged to pay the registration fee of SR3000 (Non-refundable).
2. Term tuition fee will be SR10, 000.
3. Visitor students need to submit all the original documents needed for registration.
4. The student will sign the undertaking of Visitor Student Policy.
5. In case of withdrawal, the term fee will be refunded according to the refund policy.
6. A unique identity will be issued to student in order to attend the classes.
7. The student will be allowed to change the major only in the first month after registration.
8. There will be no attendance accountability for visitor student.
9. Visitor student will not be allowed to appear in any exam(s).
10. Visitor student can get quizzes which will not be accountable at the end of the year.
11. Visitor student will follow all the rules and regulations of BMC. Upon going against any policy, procedure, rules or regulations, the student will be charged accordingly.
